Clementine’s head felt as if it had been spinning in circles as the other young guy from last night showed up through Ellen’s door and helped her to her feet. She sat down on one of the chairs, beside the one that she had accidently pushed over. Taking in greedy gulps of air as she sat, trying to peace whatever had just happened together. She nodded at his question and closed her eyes, taking in slower breaths before she suddenly gasped and stood on her feet, walking towards him and putting both hands on either of his shoulders. “Marshall! Ellen! They’re in trouble we...we’ve got to save them! I saw...I saw. I don’t know exactly what I saw but Marshall was there we where on the other side of the Island. He was hurt and he warned me that Andras was going to try and hurt Ellen! Davin,” She remembered his name. “Davin we need to save her!”

Davin looked at her how could she have known? Davin thought to himself "i know i was there but his not there any more i his just in the Forrest over the hill i cant explain it but something transported us to this spot as you can see from my cloths and this cut it wasn't easy to get away from that demon but i only just managed to" he looked at the girl "your right we need to find Ellen now we need to take her to the place i was she can help Marshall and only she can help us where is she?" Davin looked around he was beginning to become a little agitated at this moment after all how long will Andras keep the offer on the table?

“You know where he is? Where?” She asked. Her mind wasn’t really focusing, or taking in anything that Davin was really saying.
Wait...How could he know where Marshall was? And why didn’t he bring him back? Whatever she had seen was some sort of dream wasn’t it? But it had felt so...so real. And what was he saying about being ‘transported’ from one side to the next?
“His arm.” She struggled. “He was shot. I don’t know how he got shot but it was...a few days old. He looked in a really bad way. It was pussing and it was all red and purple like it was bruised. What do you mean only shecan help us? You need to stay here and protect Ellen! I want to go find Marshall!” She was in a mild panic now and her legs where shaking. “I have to tell Ellen!”

Clementine’s panic melted away when Davin rose his voice and shook her and was replaced with a mildly accusing look. “Don’t touch me! What’s your problem?” She asked, slapping his hand away and taking a step back. She was pretty sure he wasn’t up to clarifying anything so why take chances.
His tone had caught her by surprise for a moment before she caught herself and became defensive. If this guy was going to be stupid enough to try and hurt her he had another thing coming. She had taken up boxing in high school, as well as leant sharp shooting from her uncle. If he was going to try anything at all he would’nt stand a chance.
She didn’t like what she was hearing here at all. Surely he wasn’t worried about Marshall that was for sure. But why did he want Ellen in particular?
“Why do you need to see Ellen so badly? Why can’t just you and I go?” She decided to ask before her lip curled slightly. "And I don't think that either me or Ellen need protecting."

Abby walked along the driveway oblivious to what was going on around her other then the sounds of nature, she vaguely heard the footsteps hurrying to catch up to her and was surprised to see Archie there, she listened to what he had to say and grinned.
“Really and here I was thinking you two were inseparable”
She said with a laugh, despite the clothes she wore and the way her hair looked she was really a rather fun loving person for the most part. When it came to hideous crimes however she was in her element well and truly. As for talking to guys, especially ones she had seen half-naked, well she wasn’t the greatest at that now. She looked away from him and focused on the path as these thoughts came to mind, a vivid image of the previous night popping into her head, and then again this morning he had been standing in nothing but briefs.
Was it her imagination or had he emphasized the word you when he spoke she tried to think back to moments before when he spoke she was usually so good at remembering things but he made her mind turn to jello. ‘I thought I’d ditch Clementine for a bit. Y’know, to get to know you others a little better’ she could remember what he said but what about how he said it, had he emphasized the you or not? Although outwardly she didn’t show it, the fact that she couldn’t remember that little fact was driving her crazy.
On the other hand why would he emphasis the word you that would suggest he found her at the very least fascinating which wasn’t likely she thought to herself. Besides no one found her fascinating she was just the go to girl when the crime was too hard to solve.
Brad had been about to rush down the stairs when the girl Clemetine fell but before he could another man rushed in, Davin she called him, hovering at the top of the stairs he didn’t want to interrupt it seemed like the sort of conversation he should stay out of. On the other hand the guy seemed highly on edge and something didn’t seem right about his urgency in finding Ellen. From his view point he could she Ellen and the girl Anna off in the distance with the horses, from the front of the house they would not be seen as they wandered through the dense cover of the bush.
As if she had sensed him watching Ellen looked up at the house at that moment from where she and Anna stood, she wasn’t sure why exactly, but something didn’t feel right with her. She had been showing Anna around the yards so she could develop a feel for the place and analyze what needed repairing, which seemed like everything to be honest.
When Brad noticed that the two downstairs were heading out he thought about going after them but something held him back he needed to tell Ellen about the male’s weird behavior. He didn’t know what compelled him to make that decision but it seemed like the only thought in his head now. It was like a command he could not disobey and after the two others left the house he waited a moment before rushing down the stairs and out the door himself. Heading for Ellen, slightly out of breath he caught up to them and quickly explained the behavior to Ellen with surprising detail. He was usually a forgetful person but somehow he was able not only to describe the mans weird behavior but quote the entire conversation…

“Inseparable?” He scoffed. “C’mon. Our boat capsizes in the middle of the ocean, and then we’re dumped onto an Island of Mystery without a paddle. Sent straight to Ellen’s...We haven’t had a chance to escape each other. I’m glad for the opportunity.”
He walked beside Abby, minding his steps as he walked over the gravel drove way. He was wearing flip-flops this morning and the lack of grip at the bottom was causing them to slip. They walked in silence for a while, with him not knowing what to say. With most of the situations he got himself in, he always had a friend, or Clementine to back him up, and help him out but this time it was just the two of them and he felt his heart thumping in his chest. He wanted so say something, anything but he didn’t have a clue where to start. I mean, what can you say to a girl who was not only incredibly hot but smart, cool... and different!
He thought back to last night when he had went downstairs after all the commotion outside and felt his face grow hot. How embarrassing was getting caught walking around in your briefs! And in front of her too. But, had it just been wishful thinking or had she actually been perving on him?
Nah.
Finally he couldn’t take the silence any longer. “What about you? Do you have any brothers or sisters? A boyfriend?” He winced as his tongue slipped.
Bravo Cassanova... A sardonic voice said in his head.
Back at the house Clementine was still standing still as Davin moved towards the door. She couldn’t believe what she was hearing. Something just wasn’t right, here. On one hand she wanted to go and look for Marshall. After the little ‘vision’ she had just had, as well as hearing Davin’s story, she was more convinced that Marshall was in some sort of danger.
She shuddered as she remembered what she had seen. The discoloring of his shoulder and the seeping bullet wound. His voice echoed in her ears “Ya wanna use that as a damn visual aid?! Stay away!” He had yelled.
How could she stay away though? After all she had just seen. After how Davin had been behaving. She’d rather go along with him than have him go back out on his own. Who knew what stupid things he’d do.
But...there was also something in Davins actions she didn’t trust.
He had been compromised somehow, she decided. His actions where not of a man thinking rationally - But why on Earth was he so insistent on getting Ellen to follow too?
She remembered Marshalls words, “Don’t go after him, a’right! You gotta stay put at the ranch! Just don’t do it! For Gods sake don’t let ‘im get his hands on Ellen!”
She didn’t plan to let anyone get their hands on Ellen. That girl had helped them - Saved them. Even if she didn’t know where Steve was, she and Archie had lived and it was all thanks to Ellen. Why on Earth would this Andras guy want to hurt her? Did he have something to do with this?
Whatever it took she could not let Davin know that she was suspicious of him. But she couldn’t leave without being prepared.
“Give me two minutes.” She said quickly before hurrying towards the kitchen. She made sure that she was out of his view before she looked through the drawers for something. She found a small knife and inspected the blade before sliding it into her pocket and returning to him. “Alright. Let’s go.” She walked ahead of him, out the door and towards the back of the house towards some of the fences leading towards the forests.
As she climbed one of the fences, she could see out of the corner of her eye, Brad rushing down the drive way towards Ellen and Anna. You had better hurry up, she thought to herself.

“Give me two minutes.” She said quickly before hurrying toward the kitchen. Davin waited outside thoughts rushing through his head what will he do when he gets he alone will the demon help him? all of a sudden he herd a voice in his ears like a whisper but not it was as tho he was hearing a thought echoing
"i will not help you my only interest is Ellen get me Ellen"
it was the voice of Andres Davin all of a sudden felt stronger and faster he was thinking was this the work of the demon? or is it just the Adrenalin of what he needed to do.
Davin turned to see the girl standing there "been there long?" he said with a chuckle "ready then lets go" they began to walk to the fence Davin climbed before to get in to the property he jumped over the fence once more as he did so did Clementine but she took her time to get over it seamed she was distracted by something Davin looked and just as he did he saw something disappear behind the trees over in a norther field he took no note of it
they were both on th other side of the fence now "Marshall is just over here" he said pointing in to the trees "but my shoulder is all busted up i need help to get him back the rest of the way" he looked at her she seam caught between trying to help Marshall and getting away from Davin "come on his just through here" he said as he began to walk thought the tree line

The soft dirt, and wet blades of grass where starting to stick against Clementine’s sneakers as she walked a little way ahead of Davin. She could see birds flitting from one tree to another, and hear a small trickle of a stream somewhere close as she walked. Everything felt so peaceful out here. That was a plus side to living here now. It wasn’t the same as living in Brooklyn. There wasn’t graffiti, or traffic, gun shots or burglaries every minute of the day. There was just peace here. She wondered for how long that’d be the case now, though.
She nodded when Davin spoke about the path and followed his directions into the forests. “How’d you hurt your shoulder?” She asked, looking ahead as she stepped over bushes and upturned tree roots.
Marshall grunted as his mind drifted back into consciousness once again. He was sitting upright, his feet flat on the floor and his hands pulled behind his back. There was a plastic zip-tie tight around his wrists. His arm was throbbing, causing a nauseating ache. From what he could tell, it was now only bleeding sluggishly.
The dream he had just had wasn’t pretty. But it was an improvement to what he was experiencing now. He dreamt he had been on the other side of the Island, and for some reason Clementine was there, talking about Andras. He had yelled at her to keep Ellen away from him. He knew that that asshole wasn’t any good, after all look what he’d done to him! Imagine what the prick would do to Ellen! He didn’t want to think about it...
How long had he been sitting there? It felt like days, and for all he knew it might have been. He had been slipping in and out of consciousness for ages. When he woke up the first time, he realized that some sort of gag had been shoved in his mouth, and a rag covered half his face to ensure he couldn’t talk.
The rag tasted foul and bitter, and Marshall had to suppress the urge to throw up. With a gag firmly in place, that could only end badly. Sneezing, on the other hand, was out of his control. The rag tickled his nose, and before he could stop it, he sneezed, his whole body jerking forward. Ew… now that was disgusting. He could only imagine what the others would’ve thought.
He didnt like the fact that he had just sneezled all over his face but at least it was better than trying to keep it in. He remembered learning in Human Biology at High School that 100 miles per hour. There was one guy who tried to hold a sneeze in during the middle of one of the classes because he didn’t want to disturb his classmates. Should’ve known better, poor bugger. Because he ruptured a blood vessel in his head. Then he disturbed the class!
Marshall couldnt help a small chuckle at what was not exactly a pleasant memory.
Wrinkling his nose at the wetness now pressing down on his face, Marshall opened his eyes again, looking around the room. It was pointless to pretend he was still asleep now.
He was in a strange room. There was no furniture apart from the chair he was sitting on and a broken light bolb above him. It was a pretty ordinary typical ‘shoe box’, drywall room, patches of dirt, and grime stuck to the walls and the timber floorboards where scuffed. There was only one window to the right, but the glass was broken in shards and it was bolted shut, thick black curtains hanging half-drawn.
His shoulder hurt him terribly. Every movement sent sharp jolts of pain through his side. He glanced down at it. It certainly looked a few days old. There was purpleish discoloring around it and it was inflamed. Puss had started to appear here and there and he the bullet was still visible. His whole shoulder was tingling, and just starting to turn numb. He knew that wasn’t good, but he would rather face Andras again than admit that.
Give me a bandage and some antibiotics and I’ll be right as rain, he thought hopelessly to himself.
Right as rain.
A dumb saying, he thought. What was so right about the rain? Could you be wrong as rain? He shook his head softly, quickly making a mental note to avoid doing that again. His head was pulsing, but that wasn’t anything new. He’d had a headache before, this one was just a little more intense. Marshall forced his eyes open a crack, relieved that his vision wasn’t blurred. He could rule out a concussion, for the moment at least.
He was completely exhausted, but despite his weariness, even with the added strain of his injury and the cold, sleep wasn’t going to come easily. It never did.
His position probably didn’t help, Marshall thought, tapping his feet on the floorboards. Strapped down to the chair, arms pulled awkwardly behind him, it was impossible to get comfortable on the hard wooden chair. His arm still throbbed annoyingly and his head ached with every movement.
It wasn’t until much, much later that Marshall, still awake, looked down and realized his feet were still tapping on the ground. He tried to make them stop, but he couldn’t. His legs were trembling uncontrollably.
Marshall frowned. That wasn’t good. It meant one of two things. It could be because he was cold; his clothes were damp. But he didn’t feel cold - if anything he felt hot, like he needed to rip all of his clothes off and immerse himself in cool water. Which indicated that it was the second thing - he had a fever.
The fever could be explained in two ways: His GS wound was infected after not being treated for so long. Or he had the flu. Just to add to the growing list of problems, Marshall wondered what would happen if he threw up on Andras.

Abby smiled at his response to her naming Clem and him inseparable but she remained silent other then that she didn’t know what to talk to him about. She didn’t want to make a fool of herself in front of him though she secretly feared that she already had. She became distracted by movement in the bush, not because it was particularly interesting but more to stop herself from staring. She looked over at him as he spoke again, hearing his words she laughed.
“Negative to all of the above, you don’t fight to be this individual if your parents have other children to fuss over! As for a boyfriend I’ve always worked too hard to have time, what about you, What’s your story Archie?”
She smiled he was so easy to talk to but at the same time so hard to talk to, she felt comfortable in his presence and extremely safe, Yet at the same time she felt clumsy and vulnerable in his presence. How could that be, how could see feel both safe and vulnerable it just wasn’t right she had faced cold hard killers without any fear what so ever, so what was it about him that made her so much of a looser.
He was Extremely hot, and different from anyone she had come across but there was something else something she couldn’t pinpoint, something that just took her breath away.
Brad ran into the bush and hoped that no one had seen him before he raced toward Ellen who had stopped Anna waiting beside her, he came to a stop his breath that ragged from running and he had to take a moment to catch his breath.
“Something’s up with Davin, I think was his name, he was very persistent that he find you Ellen, and they were talking about Andras and Marshall being hurt…”
“Whoa slow down, Andras must have gotten to him somehow, we need to go, do you know where Archie and Abby are?”
“Umm I saw them on the driveway I think”
“OK lets go.”
Ellen said running back the way Brad had come with Anna and Brad following along behind, seeing the two walking down the driveway and not seeing any sign of Davin and Clem which relieved her and scared her. There was no way to know what he was going to do to them, he wanted her that was all she knew.
“Archie! Abby! Wait!”
Abby hearing her name turned to see Ellen racing toward them with Brad and Anna trying to catch up. Stopping she walked a few paces toward Ellen who slowed down as she got close to them.
“Davin and Clem have gone after Andras, I think Andras might have done something to trick Davin into helping him!”
“They Went over that fence and into that bush”
Brad said catching up to them just after Anna did, Abby was still trying to take this in.
“Wait he can trick people? It’s a gas blob!”
“No he can shape shift he can be whatever he wants to be”
“Great how are we going to fight him then.”
Anna asked curiously?
“We cant kill him but I’m hopeing we can banish him again. But we can think about that later we have to go”
Abby nodded and soon Ellen was in the lead jumping the fence first, Abby vaulted herself over next with ease followed by Brad who clambered over and Anna climbed over the fence and they headed into the forest.

Yes!
Archie smiled when she said she wasn’t seeing anyone. Not that it really mattered anyway seeing as they’d never see any of their loved ones again. He at least felt as if he was making a little head way here.
“An only child? I figured as much. You have all the classic traits of a first-born. Confidence, pays attention to detail, self-reliant, perfectionist, and tough. Your guilty of all of it.” He flashed her a smile before he continued talking. “I’m single too. Same story as you, I guess. Not enough time to have a relationship back home.” He was going to say ‘oppertunity’ but knew that’d lead to more questions than he was prepared to answer. “So, do you think you’d...” He started to ask again before he heard someone running towards them, from behind. He was surprised to see Brad, Ellen and Anna approaching them, but it was the expression on Ellen’ face and her words that followed that caused his eyes to widen and his jaw to drop so fast it nearly unhinged.
“Hold up! What?” It took Archie a few seconds longer than the others to collect himself after the information that he’d just received. He followed after them quickly as they walked ahead, and jumped the fence. His voice raised in panic, he tried to catch up to Ellen’s pace. “Davin took off with my sister?! What aren’t you telling us here Ellen? What do you mean you can’t kill Andras, only banish him? He looks about as mortal as we are.”
So Andras could shape shift? Why hadn’t anyone told them this before? As far as he knew, from what Abby had told him, this Andras guy was just a gaseous cloud thing. If he could shape shift that meant he could turn into whatever and whoever he wanted to at any time! How the hell where they going to fight something that could turn into one of them if he wanted to? Who the hell where they meant to trust?

Clementine was walking ahead of Davin as they walked he noticed a glint in her belt now Davin being trained in so many military forms as a kid he new he needed to act fast he began close ground between them as they approached the tree line she began to pick up speed as tho to stay a distance away from him he stopped they were in the trees far enough he decided it was time.
"STOP" he said in the voice that was more of Andres then his own he knew his powers were growing and becoming stronger. soon he would not only be able to control humans but be able to kill them any thing to get off this island he thought

They where only a few feet into the tree line before she heard David yell, her pace stopped abruptly and she stared ahead with a blank look on her face, quickly pulling the mask in place before slowly, she turned to face him.
“What’s your problem?” She asked, but she looked down at where his eyes where and realized that he was staring at her pocket. She flexed one of her hands, showing him an open palm before slowly, she reached in and pulled the small knife out by the handle, holding up the small utensil so that he could see. “It’s all I could find to defend myself against Andras.” She stated calmly, before sliding it back in.
She could see from his stance, posture and the angle of his body that he was suspicious of her. “Look, if you don’t trust me I can always walk behind you.” She suggested, walking behind him. “All I want to do is find Marshall.”
That last part was true. For all that Marshall did and who he was she knew that he had to be saved. No person should have to go through something like that just because some crooked kid wanted to get to Ellen.
She wanted to protect Ellen too. The further away Andras was from her the better. She had helped them out, and that was something that no one really did in Brooklyn. So whatever it took, she wanted to return the favour, and if that meant leading Andras to herself, well, that’s what she’d do.

Davin looked at her
"fair enough i probably should find a weapon to not that i think it will do us much good after all Marshall's gun was used against him"
he bent down and picked up a long piece of wood looking like a stave
"i probably should walk ahead its not far now i know the way any how"
Davin walked toward Clementine and as he began to walk past her he waited until he was out of her eye line an swung the stave directly at her head hitting the back of her skull just where the spine connected he didn't want to kill her just knock her out for a trap for Ellen all the time thinking
i need to get off the island. this is the only way.
